1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remove Watermark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Remove Watermark is an AI-powered file-processing tool that removes watermarks, logos, text, and timestamps from images, videos, and PDF documents. The Service processes files through our AI backend and returns modified versions of uploaded content, but it does not grant any right or permission to modify content.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only on content you own or are otherwise authorized to modify. You are responsible for complying with copyright, contracts, platform terms and rules, and applicable law. This includes:

• Processing images, videos, or PDFs that you own
• Processing content you have licensed and are authorized to modify
• Processing public domain content
• Processing content for which you have written authorization from the rights holder

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to infringe rights, bypass restrictions without authorization, or misrepresent origin or ownership. Specifically, you may not:

• Use the Service on content you do not own or are not authorized to modify
• Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Bypass access controls, watermark protections, or other restrictions without authorization
• Misrepresent the origin, authorship, or ownership of content
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Uploading content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service

5. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free users receive 3 credits per day. Paid plans offer additional credits and features. Credit costs vary by operation: image watermark removal uses 2 credits, video watermark removal uses 1 credit, and PDF watermark removal uses 1 credit.

Paid subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan terms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Namaste Tools and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or processed results.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. In no event shall Remove Watermark or Namaste Tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remove Watermark, Namaste Tools, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
